What’s Your Return Policy?

Spotted Clothing will gladly exchange or refund items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and must have all tags attached. Please note: Buyers are responsible to pay for return shipping charges. Spotted Clothing will only pay for return shipping charges if the item was not the same item as the listing.

Spotted Clothing items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after receiving the package. All returned items will be refunded in the original form of payment.

Are Your Items Authentic?

Please be assured that all of our items are 100% Authentic and Brand New. We do not endorse or engage in any acts of selling counterfeit products, as it not only affects our reputation, it also affects our relationship with customers such as you. Furthermore, the supplier we purchased this item from assured us that it is original. 

Why Doesn’t Your Items Come With Tags?

Although our items may not come with original tags, they come 100% brand new in polybags. This is because we receive overstock lots from our suppliers, which is why we are able to offer our items at such unbeatable prices! Otherwise, they would sell at their official stores for original retail price.

How Do I Know What Size Fits?
